When will my order ship?
Due to the customized nature of Etched and Burned all orders take approximately 3 to 4 business days to ship out.
How do I take care of my board?
- Always handwash board with warm soapy water after each use.
- Never submerge your cutting board in water or place it in the dishwasher
- Dry your cutting board immediately after washing with a towel.
- Apply cutting board oil on completely dry board regularly.
- Store in a dry place
My bamboo board has some color variations with the burn, is this normal? Yes, slight color variation is normal for bamboo material. Since it's a natural plant there is no way to determine what the burn pattern will be.
How do I take care of my slate board?
- Always handwash board with warm soapy water after each use.
- Never submerge your board in water or place it in the dishwasher
- Dry your slate board immediately after washing with a towel.
- Store in a dry place
- Chipping on the edges is natural with slate
I made a mistake in the spelling of my order, what should I do? All sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. Please assure all submitted information is spelled correctly when submitting your note for customization to us.
What if my order is damaged in shipping? If your order is damaged in shipping, please send us photos within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will replace your order with the same product. If your product is out of stock, we will refund the cost of your order. Please give 10 business days for your refund to process.
What if my order is lost by the carrier? Once deemed lost by the carrier, we will replace your order with the same product. If your product is out of stock, we will refund the cost of your order. Please give 10 business days for your refund to process.
Do you ship international orders? At this time, we are only shipping within the United States and U.S territories.
